Hi, I’m Juliet, and this is my second year on Badger Tracks newspaper. I am a 16-year-old senior and am looking forward to bringing the best of me to the paper.
I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. It’s one of the biggest things in my life to help me express myself. As a kid and growing up, I was timid and drew away from others. I felt that all I needed was myself and my thoughts. Taking a step, I opened myself up to the opportunity to share a part of me with others. When I began sharing my poems, stories, and songs, I noticed that I was not alone. We all struggle in our lives, but I believe that with communication and creativity, we can bypass the hardest challenges.
