They’re pep rally posters, but this year they’ve been bigger and more detailed.
Cheerleaders, senior Bella Lindsey and junior Cadence Stephens are the artists behind the signs this year.
Bella worked on the first two posters for the pep rally themes, Rio and Movies. The large posters were displayed in the front hallway the week of the pep rally.
“I think it shows more school spirit with people seeing that people are involved in wanting to decorate the school to increase school spirit,” Bella said.
Cheerleaders always make the pep rally posters, but this year Bella suggested that Cadence make a poster due to her creativeness and artistry.
Cadence created the recent posters for the pep rally themes, Stranger Things and Barbie Pink Out.
“I’m inspired to lift the school spirit by just encouraging people to step in and everything,” Cadence said.
Students passing in the hallways have taken a liking to the posters, especially this year.
“It makes me feel Barbielicious,” sophomore Sam Sturgeon said about this week’s poster.
